This place has incredible customer service and integrity! I came in with a flashlight with a charger that had a defect and they refunded me! Even with a all sales final no exceptions they still did it because they took responsibility for the damage charged and gave me back my money. Wow. One of a kind! Most other pawnshops wouldn’t give you a refund but these people are some of the most ethical and customer oriented people I’ve met. go here and you won’t be disappointed!

I am so pleased with my experience at Big Dog Pawn in West Jordan. I drove up from St. George looking specifically for a guitar for my daughter. We fell in love with a guitar at the store and they went above and beyond to take care of us. I highly recommend this pawn shop if your on the search for a specific item. Big Dog Pawn is an awesome shop! While I have never pawned anything, I have bought many things there, especially items that were brand new. The staff are friendly and personable. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. I especially like Trevor because he has gone out of his way to let me know if something I was looking for had come in and is always willing to give me a great deal on it. If there is something in particular I am searching for, I will look here first.

Quality place!!! Got myself in a huge legal "pickle" for the lack of better words. Had some items in pawn that they were unable to release to me. After over a year of extending month to month I was finally able to buy my items back. Had they not been sentimental I would have just walked. Scott is a very fair... more than fair owner. The whole staff has been great. Trevor and Chris need haircuts though!

Went in to check the place out for the first time to pawn some stuff but only ended up pawning my 160gb ipod classic and the dude Oscar that works there, hooked me up with an extra 5$ on top of the price they were going to loan me originally because It was my first time being there so that was tight. I would definitely recommend that people check this place out and will be going there more frequently forsure!

I bought some boots off there ebay store and had some issues getting my payment to work. So i called them and explained the issue. It was 100% my fault and the only way to fix it was they had to cancel item and relist item. After this payment worked. They called me back to make sure everything was OK. These guys are just awesome! You feel a friendly atmosphere as you enter. This is a genuine vibe put off by every employee in the building. I was treated like family. Their not greedy, rude, overwhelming or pissy like your stereotypical pawn broker. They are very reasonable with hagglings, well educated individuals, down to earth, but most of all. Fun! I know what pawn shop I call home. BIG DOG!

Best pawn shop I have ever been too. Employees are kind, and always treat me and even the people i refer very fairly. Good prices on items, just walked away with a new skateboard at their annual tent sale for half off!! Ask for Waldo that guy will treat you right, he also speaks Spanish fluently if English is your second language.

I bought a ring from there, they said the center was a man made diamond 1 carat stone and the side stones were real. Come to find out the center is cubic zirconia. I paid almost $400 for a cubic zirconia. They are shady and a scam. I am contacting an attorney tomorrow AM.

over priced. tried to sell us a ps3 that had been opened and taken apart. then they sold us a ps3 that did not work. when we took them both back they charged us a 10.00 return fee for each one. and was mad and rude at us for bringing them back. we will never go back.
