I was looking for good rates on a used car loan. A credit union gave me great rates on my last car loan (10 years ago). So I decided to give Delta Community a try. The process took place over the phone. It was surprisingly fast and easy (unlike my last loan experience). The rates were actually very good. Better than anything I found via online lending, which I assumed would be cheaper. I actually ended up leasing a new car, but would totally recommend Delta Community for a car loan.
Was Excited to sign up for a credit union. Got there I had to wait a hour finally got to see someone and they made it seem as if they didnt want me to become a member, wasnt very inviting to being there and wasnt helpful at all
Be prepared to spend an hour or more on hold when going into this bank. They are VERY slow and the ATM are always down. You would come out better going to the Hapeville location.
Spent my whole lunch hour here for the second time after being told to bring back specific documents to open an account and got absolutely nothing done. Lost my business.
Lost my debit card and had to stop in to get a replacement made, the location is very convenient. Everyone was friendly. In and out in 5 minutes with a new card in hand.
I have never had to wait and they can give you your card immediately. No waiting. Plus they are super sweet. The best banking/credit union service in Atlanta by far!
EDHER HAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I usually experience people being slow and unmotivated at Delta, but this one call with edher has made up for all of it!
Christine at the bank was very helpful, she double and triple checked everything to get me my car loan ....... I definitely recommend her
Had to wait over 30 minutes just to sign a form. They either need to improve staffing or processing of customers.
I love banking with Delta never had a problem. Customer service has always been outstanding.
atm is down. system is down. employees cussing. i rather drive to decatur or dunwoody.
Customer service is spectacular however their ATM seems to be down a long time.
