The only thing that could be better is if you allowed Jayne Spivey to train all of your reps! She has handled my account for a long time and has always treated me with respected and kindness. When my payments have gotten off-track she has helped me set a plan to get up to date, and she has sent me reminders to keep me on track. The encouragement she has given has made such a difference! So thankful I was paired with her!

Worst company ever never updated credit score harass you before payment was due would call several times a day i would make extra payments monthly but would call and say my payment was behind that i needed to catch up on every month was same routine so glad to trade that car in no longer a headache

I can not believe this company is still in business, they are the worst; customer service is lousy, they have bunch of rude people that work here. You get conflicting information every time you call.

Got a car at Bexley Auto had no problems . I paid on time . Was told if I ever want to get financed again at one of the dealers they work with please call them again.
