The male tellers working here are rude & lazy. Specially the one with a outdated pompadour & g-clef tattoo behind the ears. They dress up like they are going clubbing rather than working on a renowned establishment. Maybe they do look forward to the end of the shift & go bar hopping since they are already dressed up for it... They will be sarcastic to you & rush you if you have a time consuming transaction. They will try to make a simple transaction long if you are next in line so that their more diligent female co-workers will take you.

They did really nice renovation recently. Very sleek and elegant lobby. However, the knowledge of their banker is somewhat not up to par. They cannot explain the details about the specific transaction I had question with. So I wasted 20 min there and had to make a call to their toll free number to sort things out.

horrible service! Make sure you cancel all your plans before visit this bank because you will wait at least 30 mins to an hours. They will have 3-4 tellers but only 1 working. The other are chitchat the whole time.

Waited for 20m before a girl with an iPad came and told us that they are waiting for somebody with an appointment, thus it will be another 20m, even though there was nobody in front of us since the beginning.

Very long lines on a Saturday, with three tellers working. Took 29 minutes to get the front of the line. The staff were nice and polite , but they really need more people working.

Made appointment a day prior. Show up on time then waited 20 minutes. That was it for me. Disorganized mess. If you have to deal with BoA just do it online or on the phone.
