I was connected to Joe and HomePlus Mortgage via Lending Tree when I applied to refinance my home loan. Joe was the first real person to call in response to my inquiry. I am in San Diego and I liked that he was right in Mission Valley so we could meet face to face if I wanted. He explained things very clearly and was very thorough and patient on the phone. My mortgage was a difficult one to process, but Joe handled every detail quickly and efficiently and stuck through what turned out to be a lengthy approval process. He demonstrated excellent communication via phone and email and was always very clear about what was needed from me at each step of the process. Highly recommended.
