Horrible experience......I was needing to contact the local branch in regards to an issue I had with one of their ATMs. I called local number and was routed to the Bellco Call center who informed me there is not enough employees to have individuals at the local branch answering calls and I would have to go to the location to address my issue. Well that would be easier if the location was not only open during hours that I am at work, hence why I was trying to call them.

DO NOT go to this Credit union. Horrible customer service. They will never return your calls and open new lines of credit in your name with out telling you, until you receive a card in the mail. Then say its a glitch and never fix the problem. They will beat around the bush and never get things done correctly. You ask them to do something and it NEVER gets done.. Then the transactions take days to pull from your account. NEVER AGAIN!! ANY bank is BETTER then Bellco.

I wanted to open an account 12-18-08. I waited for 25 minutes in their small waiting room. I then got in line after no one came to see what I wanted. I was then advised to either wait for a rep to see me (about 30 mins.) or to go online and make an application. I had a check for 22,000 to deposit. I guessed they had all of the business they could handle.

terrible service, acted like a big bank...rather then a credit union. We moved from the east coast, and we were looking for a new credit union, but we stayed with our current one in Maryland, because we were so annoyed with the way we were treated in this place.
