Always long lines, employees talk to the customer like no one else is in line. Waiting 45 minutes to make a deposit is unacceptable. I would never bank with BOA, worst bank I have ever visited .

Well, it would take 45 minutes to stand in line. Maybe another 5mins to make withwdrawl or deposit. You have one teller attending to 15 ppl. And the manager kept talking to people in line.
