I do not know why Chase keeps this place. I refuse to go there anymore because you might as well go to Mexico. Almost all he tellers are Mexican and half of this signs are in Spanish. The last two times I went in all I heard was Spanish. This is why so many Americans can not find jobs. Once the Mexicans go there all they hire is more Mexicans. If you want to do business in America you should hire Americans!!!

i was extremely disatisfied with this bank i took my business elsewhere. they were un willing to fix a honest mistake made on my account and the staff was very rude. think twice before coming to this wamu and chase branch

On my way to San Diego I had to stop and verify my Mortgage was paid based on two conflicting letters from Chase. Mirabel Mendoza was very helpful getting tho the bottom. Thank you!

This is a friendly Chase. Went in about 12:00pm and was in and out in about 15 min. There were two tellers working and they were helpful and friendly.
