A Private User

Most of the larger banks such as Chase and Wells Fargo have fees for cashing checks. I had a BoA check to cash from Loma Linda University. When I talked to Tami at the counter to cash it, she politely informed me of the $5 charge which can be waived if I had a BoA account. When I asked her if there was a minimum amount of money to start an account, she referred me to account representatives in the back of the bank. They were visibly busy and a long line behind me meant that I would have to wait in multiple lines if I were to pursue this path. She had no problem referring into her bureaucracy. This is all fine, but when I posed these logical questions, she seemed hassled and eager to finish the transaction. She was not very nice.

The lady that was there Thursday 9/28/17 at closing was so rude and gave me attitude I didn’t get her name but I do remember her face and I will take that customer service to cooperate! Worst customer service EVER!

Absolute joke of an establishment. They are always horrendously understaffed. I only have to come here once a month to pay my landlord. Make sure you have 20 to 30 minutes to kill if you have to deposit anything.

Understaffed, usually only one or two tellers at the counter, have to spend 15+ minutes waiting, there is a university, and 2 hospitals within 1 mile, they should definitely support this area better!

Terrible. Understaffed and slow. Come here once a month and it always takes at least 20 minutes just to make a deposit.
