I must admit, when I called this place, it was because my friends and I wanted to prank them while we were at Anime Expo, but I ended up feeling guilty half way through the call and asked them real questions. They were super polite and understanding even though it might have been obvious I was pranking them at first. I have no credit cards or even credit to my name. Both my parents have really crappy credit because they are older but this place said they could help me get a loan if I needed it and do a co-sign with my parents. They answered all of my questions and in a manner that I could understand. I am not very good with banking, loans, and just money in general and this place explained it to me in a way I could understand what I would be getting into with a car loan. They said it was a plus that I was a student attending college, with a part-time job, and that I still lived with my parents. Good on them, for being patient with my questions and for helping me out in simple terms.

28 reviews 5.0 star rating 7/21/2017 A year ago or so I was sick and thinks were tough and I needed some cash. I happened to be in LA when I was thinking about a Title loan and saw their sign. I pulled in, and spoke to the rep. I was of course in a tough situation and knew that they realized that, and I felt a bit sheepish. They actually were so professional and matter of fact, and polite, that I felt like a "customer" not a "begger". They explained that this is how most consumer credit was granted over history before credit cards were invented. It was the perfect solution to get some cash without having to GIVE UP my car. I paid them off and now an in a better situation but if I did have another situation I would not hesitate to partronize them again.

Went in to TFC title loans at 10 am was done by 11 am. I am very shocked at how fast and friendly the staff were.Great customer service skills!! They explained every detail about my loan and added that I had allot of time to pay it back. Another shocking thing is I shopped online and called about 10 title loan places in the LA area and none of them had low interest rates like TFC very happy I gave them a chance! Would recommend to any one who has never filed for a title loan before!

Applying for the loan and getting it approved was very easy and the staff was helpful. Where there are big problems is even though every month I have paid on time I will continue to get phone calls from their collection dept accusing me of non-payment and every month I have to prove them wrong by showing them that they did indeed receive my payment. Have yet to have a month where this did not happen. REALLY gets very old.

I got into a jam because of bad renters and needed a small loan to carry me over so i can get back onto my feet financially..went down and was nervous on whether i would qualify for this small loan...well luck would have it ..they were very helpful and understanding and the customer service was great...i ended up getting the loan and help with my bad credit.to boot..thanks they get my 5 stars..

My friend told me that TFC Title Loans would be the best company call when my brother went to jail. I hate dealing with bail bonds people, they always try to screw you over. When I called, they understood my situation. It was very easy get the money I needed; I was done in under an hour and had the money in my hand same day. It was a great experience overall. They even help people with bad credit. The process went very quick and smooth and I walked out with the money I needed. TFC title loans is an excellent company. They understand urgency, but efficiency and can get you approved very quickly. In my case I needed cash to help a friend in need, and they were able to get me my money the next day. Also very honest, I liked how they told me everything upfront, no BS.
