I hate this bank some one signed me over a check and they closed my bank account because if it they said the check was cancelled or reported stolen i had money in my account so they closed my account i called corporate they didnt want to tell me anything or why they closed it but someone in the bank told me they flagged me not to collect any deposit from me and he told me it was because of the check they didnt cash it so they closed my account and i went threw hell to get my money back and i called the ones that gave me the check to clear it up and i got there phone number also they were willing to go fight with me and say the check was good just in a diffrent name and Bank of America said we dont need to talk to you no more how terrible is that they screwed me out of the check and also closed my accounts and when you ask them they dont want to tell you nothing but then when you open up a account they want to know everything about you i never had this problem with other banks but this one this bank is so terrible and poor service the girl that works there has the worse additude ever i was there in the morning so they know who i am im the only one that they closed there account this bank is so unprofessional

I currently have a bad experience the bank sacked my account a monthly amount for 4 years to pay an electronic insurance company that I never contracted and that they themselves authorized my data without my authorization and do not want to reimburse me or explain how they could get my data being That the company ensures that the same bank provided the data this is a fraud

Usually go to make my jobs deposits on the one by 4th street but today i went to this one since its closer to my house. WORST IDEA customer service sucks really bad no joke And they dont even have a line just for buisiness prob the only bank that doesnt avoid this location.

Long 45 minute waits, with only two tellers. A lot of people in the back doing nothing. Customer service has really gone to s#*t in the last two years. Been coming here since 2011 when my business opened but im really considering leaving this bank, its ridiculous.

I RATHER DRIVE THE EXTRA 20 MILES TO GO TO ANOTHER ONE FROM NOW ON THAN STICK WITH THIS BOA IN ONTARIO. THEY SUCK SO BAD. THEY NEED A NEW STAFF. I JUST READ OVER 10 BAD REVIEWS. NOT ONE GOOD ONE. PLEASE DO SOMETHING!

Monday 5:21 pm, 15 ppl in line and 2 tellers, no merchant line. Why do some have merchant line and some dont... stupid!!
