My husband and I have had a fantastic experience working with Summit Funding....everyone was friendly informative, making sure we understood the entire process,,, there was a lot of paperwork and they were on top of every bit of it and point on...they made copies for us when needed...when something needed to be signed they contacted us immediately....we needed some repairs on the home we were buying before the loan could fund and they kept on top of that and helped us through the entire process...if we decide to buy again we would not hesitate for a minute to contact Summit Funding for our lender and I would highly recommend Summit Funding....we got to work a little with Shaun and loved her personality and appreciate her wisdom in her field...Whitney was awesome we loved her smile she was friendly and patient and knowledgeable.... the rest of the staff was superb and Barbara the first person you see and talk to was always very friendly and tried to always make sure you could reach a real person that could answer questions immediately and if I had to leave a message on a voicemail the call was returned within 15 minutes....Our experience was wonderful...during such a high stress commitment Summit Funding always made us feel like they would take care of everything and eased our minds always! Thank you Summit Funding and the entire staff for our positive experience!

As a first time home buyer I could not imagine the loan process and all the things around it could have gone smoother than what I experienced through Summit Funding. Here are the reasons: 1. They offer really competitive rates and always consider the benefit to the customer 2. You will work with highly professional group of people who are willing to explain everything in details. There would not be any vague area. 3. You will get step by step update during the loan process qualification which brings you peace of mind and you will make sure everything is no track. 4. They have the ability to roll the ball very quickly. In our case everything from start to finish took 10 days. Highly vertically integrated combined with hard working individuals are the underlying reasons to be so efficient. In conclusion, I highly recommend Summit Funding and as we had the most seamless process.

I wanted to express how happy I am with my new home and how Ms. Latoya and the Harrison team made my dream happen. I started process at the end of May, I spoke with several loan officers and was not completely satisfied. A few banks and one other mortgage broker were unable to do my loan, a somewhat complicated situation as I’m living out of the country, etc. Zach and his team (including Carol) overcame every single obstacle we encountered, and there was one after the other. Their approach was creative, and we just tackled each problem as it came up and we got to the finish line. I was generally in a state of white knuckle fever as this was an important loan for us (aren’t they all?), but they were patient with me and stayed in constant touch, educating (and calming) me along the way. A great experience! I can highly recommend Summit Funding and Zach and his team.

Randy and his team did it again!! We bought our new home last year and Randy made the whole process a breeze. Not only did we close on time but everything went smoothly. No surprises.
