Miss the coffee they used to have out on a counter. Kept saying it would return when construction was finished but it never did. However, if you really truly want coffee, they will brew some in the back room and bring it to you. That’s great customer service!

There literally are more staff than customers and they have no respect for your time. I enrolled in a savings account in my phone sitting waiting for anyone to walk out if their cubicle and help the two people sitting here.

Wonderful staff, really in tune with customer needs. Teller lines are never more than 1 or 2 people as the Tellers immediately open a new window when ever there is a line.
