The worst experience you have, worse than the manager (Angel) This place away to give you options to help you and your elegistes his tent just put ridiculous and illogical obstacles, I reviewed the site and see that is pretty bad rating as well as bad reviews, I hope to do something about this Mr. Angel, the manager, told me that if I did not like to call a phone that was in the glass Darnel she was going to say the same, with full arrogance, as someone who it feels supported and absolute power, I wonder who is this man and what is the marketing strategy of this store, besides the mistreatment of customers and lack of staff to avoid long queues and inconvenience to customers.

Very bad attention on the part of Angel the manager because he asked the social insurance to my wife for a process to which she refused the money back and he explains that a processing of more than 1000 $ should carry said process, We gave a solution to do separate procedures my wife 975 $ and I 264 $ to which replied that not so it was 10 $ could not do a little schematic the but not only that when we retirabamos said in a low voice and do not return here and now I wonder he is the manager or the owner of Amscot, who is the one to decide who visits this place or not, he is to solve problems not to create them. They are liars. They are having its parameters to change or not to change a check. But I found it disrespectful to tell me "will not change your check" without any explanation. And they get dirty mouth saying. We are to meet you, you can change any checks you want. They are a bunch of liars.

UNPROFESSIONAL, UNPROFESSIONAL UNPROFESSIONAL. 5/17/2017 After 10 p.m. Walked in to pay a utility bill, had to walk back and forth before I was noticed from the 7 man staff, who seemed to be preoccupied with fraternizing in their native tongue. Out of 7 staff members they all relied on only one for customers. Long story short, I walked out without any intention of returning. Poor poor staff.
