Excellent Customer service at title max! I have used title max twice in the last year. Once in phoenix area and now in Casa Grande. Each time I have got the most for my vehicles. It was fast and easy to get the cash I needed and the employees made it even better. Maria and Bill both did everything they could together to get me my title to my Benz back quickly so I could make me some cash! They are a supreme team! I recommend TITLE MAX to anyone that is looking to get cash fast and want good people to get it from. D.

The staff was very rude and inconsiderate, the manager included. they went through the entire song and dance of collecting sell-able information from customers, before even checking my title(which is clean). They then claim that even though the POSTED hours are untll 7pm they can not check titles after 6 pm and said I could leave my title and info with them in the hopes of getting the low ball amount they offered the next day. Taking advantage of people in need, seems to be this places specialty!

Sarahi, Bill and Gaby are amazing! This group was not only very warm and friendly but actually try and place themselves in your shoes and bend over backwards to resolve your problems! I would recommend all Casa Grande residents in the market for a loan or have them pay off your current title loan that you might have somewhere else!
