Never seen customer service agents who are only required to perform such basic duties try to give a paying guest in need of overnight services such a hassle for such a simple WU transaction done at the same Amscot. I recently started using Amscot recently due to the hurricane after having ALL of my cash ($750), wallet/cards, phone, and others stolen while windows unsecured after losing power during storm. I have been using WU for years and recently Amscot with a banking/debit card with family with only a smile I filled out the information the same way as always and their manager SARAH questioned which name was used to send the trans on bottom of page. She had what seemed like a personality at first, but when she saw something that I feel is out of her pay grade, she used that to deny my tiny $50 trans. The other agent who did her job for the task required the other day, also became a completely different person than prior trans of the exact request and would not give me her name when I asked politely. I ended up being escorted from the store by police (lol) due to the so called manager not being a real customer service manager and trying to be smart even though my family has done countless of the same transactions for almost a decade without having any hassles for a single control nunber being provided as the main WU ID. Agents need training on level of information req for a small $50 WU trans as the same agents do other services of much higher values without checking for a personal ID from other guests.

Store Is Very Rude Was Waiting In Line for 10 mins then a Another customer walked in and the service rep completely ignorance do the fact that I had been waiting and took the other customer first. Needs to work on customer service skills I believe the reps name was Justin!
