the employees are very friendly and super fast at service, so helpful Nd nice even in stressful situations with rude customers... now that i have been to this pawn shop i will never go to any other!! I found a specialty item on Craiglist and needed the item shipped and with the help of Chris one of their employees it was able to happen. They even took the time to drive it to the local UPS store to be boxed and shipped. Thank you Chris & any other employees for taking the time to "care". This is how business is run! This is the best pawn shop I have ever been to. I had an object I paid about 500$ for and the pawn shop offered me way less then that, it turned out I way over paid for the object when I bought it from another store. Tim from Great Lakes Pawn actually help me return my Item to the original store and get my money back. I Love this Pawn Shop.

A very professional group of business men. My friend and I have been in and out of the store numerous times. Every time we have been there we have been treated fairly, received a great deal on the Law Order:Criminal Intent movie series. My friend purchased a labtop and it is still working until this day.
