I visited Diener Jewelers a couple of weeks ago at the recommendation of a friend because I needed to sell some gold. I met with Brian (the owner) who tested and weighed my pieces, explaining the entire process thoroughly. He paid me top dollar (more than a couple of other gold buyers/jewelers in the area I previously visited) in cash on the spot. He was very courteous and kind, and understood how difficult it was for me to part with some of the pieces I brought in. He also suggested I leave a necklace with him on consignment to try to get more money for it. The necklace sold right away! I would highly recommend Diener Jewelers to my friends and co-workers. Brian and his staff were great to work with.

Beware - Deiner Jewelers will Rip You Off - Part Two. I went to this store to have a diamond ring appraised. The gentleman did not even put the jewelers glass in his eye when he looked at the ring and told me it was worth $100 or less. When I asked him about the diamond, he told me it was probably not a real diamond. That same day I went to a jewelry shop near Union Station and the jeweler put the glass in his eye and told me that it was in fact a 1/4 carat real diamond, the bagettes surrounding it were also diamonds and that it was worth $1,500.00.
I had a wonderful experience at this store. Brian is super friendly and helpful. He was very straightforward and honest regarding what he knew about the jewelry at his store. I bought 3 beautiful rings and am extremely happy with my purchase. Brian, very graciously gave me a reasonable discount on the pieces I bought. He has a beautiful collection of vintage and estate jewelry. This place is definitely worth the visit. I went in only to browse not wanting to buy anything but left with 3 pieces I am very happy with and adore.

Do not waste your time having your consignment pieces "appraised" here. They weighed the heavy gold wedding bands and the diamond engagement ring and offered me $70 for the lot without telling me the weights or values. One employee was friendly but not helpful. The owner was so condescending that I just left without asking further about a consignment. Save yourself a hassle and the trouble of parking and take your estate jewelry somewhere else. That is what I will do.
Very good experiences with Diener Jewelers and Brian Diener. He has gotten Schlumberger bracelets for me and has sold my Hermes enamel bracelets I no longer wear. Brian and his team have always been courteous and fair to me. I would not hesitate to do business with him again, he always give his client a fair and honest experience. Highly recommend Diener Jewelers. Susan Kloos
Their appraisal is very low and interest is high. I was shocked. Especially if you are not sure of the value of your jewelry, do not come to this place or you will be ripped off. Their hours of services are not reliable too and you needed to come to their shop every month to renew the item or else your item will be sold. Other pawnshops do much much better services.
Diener Jewelers is my go to place for jewelry. I have been a customer for years. Brian Diener and staff have always provided top notch customer service, going above and beyond their call of duty for client satisfaction. I have recommended Diener Jewelers to all of my family and friends. The jewels are phenomenal and prices very fair.
Brian Diener is extremely knowledgeable. I think it is important to know a jeweler one trusts. A jeweler who cares that the client is satisfied. One who surrounds himself with remarkable staff. Diener Jewelers offers a wide variety of amazing pieces and choices...
During a recent trip to DC, a friend recommended Diener as a place to find amazing estate jewelry, and I was not disappointed. The pieces were beautiful, high quality, and a decent price. I receive compliments on my beautiful earrings every time I wear them!
Unique, tasteful stock, from present going back a hundred years. Brian is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and cheerful as he came up with exactly what we wanted. Add a little history to how you present yourself!
Diener Jewelers is the place to shop for unique jewelries and other valuable items. The staff is always pleasant and professional. The prices are reasonable and fair. I will continue to do busy there.
was a big fan until I found out that the jewelry was stolen. They were featured on fox five news. Dont buy from this store. Investigation is ongoing at the time
