HOWEVER THE 30 OR 40 OTHER BIDS THAT SHOWED THE ACTUAL VALUE OF THE ITEM WERE HIDDEN TILL HE FOUND THE ONE THAT GAVE HIM LIKE 4,000 PERCENT PROFIT. iF YOU ARE LOOKING TO GET SCREWED OVER ENTIRELY THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!. NEVER WILL I WASTE MY TIME TO EVEN GO NEAR THAT SCUMMY PLACE! Some of the best customer server I have encountered. Here is a little background. I purchased a Yamaha Receiver from their eBay store, As it turned out when I got it home and set it up, It stopped working after 45 minutes. I contacted Max and he advised me to just return it for a refund I was very pleased with that option. However I took it upon my self to have a authorized repair shop look at it. The cost of repairs was low enough that I decided to keep it and have it fixed. This is where he won me over as a permanent customer. After I had the repairs made he asked me for the total cost of repairs so I sent him a copy of the work order he refunded me half the cost of the repair. This is something he did not have to do, remember I was offered a full refund just to return it. I took it upon myself to have it repaired instead. Max, Your awesome... Thanks again for everything.

the woman that answered was not helpful at all! she wasnt rude or disrespectful at all but again wasnt helpfull in workin with me on giving me any helpful information on what i can pawn amd get the most pawn loan i can get, and i told her i needed atleast 2-3 hundred dollars so i can pay some bills i named a good veriety of items that are worth over 500 dollars and then told me that they dont take those things and if they did it wouldnt be or even close to 50.00 dollars and i asked waht they usually take and loan a good amount of money?! and then she told me they take everything!!! lol!!! what the hell????? NO HELP AT ALL!!!! dont let my negative comment stop u by calling anyways! good luck!

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! If i could give zero stars i would. I went to a different pawn shop earlier that day to get a quote on my 2016 HP laptop. The shop offered me $300 but i decided to try the shop thats closer to my house. (Qwik pawn) after a few minutes of talking to them about the laptop, they made me an offer for $50. Needless to say i was FURIOUS. And i asked the person at the Window, "can you look it up?. I know its worth more". the man said, "thats not my job." if im not mistaken youre a pawn broker. THATS ALL YOUR JOB IS!!!!!!!! I feel like those five stars were from either employees or hired yelpers

Right now everywhere you see "buy gold" signs, i did go to a few different spots to get an idea of what i can get for some of my wife’s old jewelry that she doesn’t wear anymore, this pawn shop gave me nearly $300 more then 2 other places i tried in the area, and unlike other 2 pawn shop, this one had a line of people, which was very surprising to me at first, now i know why. This is an honest review, and i recommend this place to everyone who wants to sell jewelry. I did see them being somewhat rude to some customers (as some reviews state), but i was treated well.

Rude, cut you off mid sentence, and they are not reasonable about offers for things you want to sell. Was going to sell an DSLR camera with lense worth close to 1000 and they wanted to buy it for 10 and not a penny more and when I said how much I would like to get for it the guy laughed and walked away without saying anything else to me. I would give 0 stars if possible and will say all the other comments that say how great they are are false accounts probably created by the business to try and scam you for your stuff. Will never be going back there again!

So many employees and i had to almost scream at them to get service. They really dont respect any customer and acted like i didnt know anything at all. Took my laptop in for a pawn and they tried giving me just 55 lousy dollars. Believe me i know a thing or two about computers and this laptop sure isnt a doorstop. (4GB ram Intel Core 2 duo 2.66 GHZ). Pffff..Your better off going to Adelanto pawn shop right down the street( E. st)

Qwik Pawn is the best shop in San Bernardino. Big corner location with easy access. The staff is friendly and the service was Qwik. If it is your first time expect mornings to be very busy, because they are the go to guys. When you have a late emergency and need cash now, thier 24/7 window is always avalible, while giving you best deals on all your items. Dont take my word make Qwik Pawn your first stop, they will do the rest.

I hate this place i will never go back in there again they are crooks i brought a gold chain here a few weeks ago the fat jackass guy in the second window offered me 65 dollars for a 9 gram gold chain worth 600 they sold it to me for 350 pawn shops rip people off dont buy from theses crooks beware go to rialto pawnshops they are cheaper and pay more if you sell jewelry back to them

I wanted to sell some jewelry I inherited, but didn’t know what to ask for it. I went to 3 different pawn shops and one of those “buy gold” places at the local mall, to get an idea. Qwik pawn did pay me most for my gold jewelry, almost $200 more than other places. I did end up spending some of that money there though, they have nice selection of jewelry.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I arrived 10 minutes before closing and was not allowed in. I was then told to comeback in 20 minutes. I came back only to wait another half an hour and to have some rachet employee yell something stupid and unclear from behind the counter out of view. Save yourself a trip and headache. Avoid this store.

Walked in to pay off pawn walked out leaving wallet on counter. I immediately walked back in and $200 in my wallet was missing. The sad part about it was there were only employees inside. Well all i have to say is what goes around comes around god will repay. I lost $200 but i bet they will lose more.

this pawn shopo is awesome... they have evrything you need.. tvs laptops power tools watchews etc.. they even have a funny old guy.. i dont think he speaks english tho but hes awesome...everything is cheap there and the co workers are very polite... no hastle at wut so ever!!!
