DO NOT ASK THESE PEOPLE FOR ANYTHING!!!! I had a car loan through them 8 years ago. Due to circumstances beyond my control I had to file Chapter 13 bankruptcy. They had ample time to contest the amount of money that they were going to get out of it and they never did, so the loan got paid (not as much as they wanted I am sure) and this never showed up on my credit report as being an open collection. Now, 3 years after my bankruptcy was done and paid, they are showing it on my credit reports. First it showed up on my Equifax as an open collection for over $1900 and showing as 6 missed payments. Then they started adding money that I supposedly owed. I called numerous times and finally got a hold of the person that handles bankruptcy discharges for their accounts and she gave me a reference number and said that I had to dispute it through Equifax! So now I am waiting for that. Now today, they reported it to my TransUnion report as the same thing when it never showed up there before. I hope they see this review because I want them to know that what they are doing is a violation of Federal Bankruptcy laws and I am going to call my Chapter 13 office and my attorney. Plus I am filing a complaint with the BBB. AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COST!!!!!

One day late on a payment due to a bank problem or there problem,I never did find out who was at fault. They called all six references I gave them and were very very rude. From reading other reviews this seems to be there way of operation. I suggest you stay far far away from these people. Completely unprofessional and rude. If I could give it a negative star rating I would! Run from these people. Do NOT do business with them.

Not sure why everyone is having such hardship with this company. They financed me for my first car back in 2014 and they only call when you dont pay them. Granted they will harass you about not making your payment which has only happened 1 time in 2 and a half years, but what do you expect when you owe someone money?

HATE THIS PLACE...We dont have the money for a payment and they call everyone in my family trying to find me i dont answer the phone cuz they will call you everything in the book but a white boy...this place is a joke
