I bought a nearly new Nikon digital camera from, with Steve as my customer service representative. He has the most poise and professional manner. Great shopping there, store was very neat and tidy. Though another time I came in, the short black guy hardly greeted me, did not give any eye contact and pretty much blew me off after I stated my intent to sell my electronics.
