Very unprofessional and employees are not trained well. Spoke with Jessica over the phone and she gave me completely invalid information. Made me waste time, gas, and money. Train your employees better. Seems as if the manager is inexperienced as well. Horrendous customer service!

Read reviews and thought I would give it a try, but person, manager I spoke to didnt listen to my questions, was inexpirienced, had rediculous suggestions and then said they dont work with cars there, ?? Its a car title loan store, isnt it????? And thats the manager!?
