Customer service is average, but having to shout my business so I can be heard through the bulletproof glass they put in front of the tellers is annoying. Also, if I wanted to use the ATM, I would have. Wasting time to tell me that using the ATM would be quicker, only to be surprised when I explain that my transaction is more complicated than that is infuriating, since they have needlessly made things take longer.
