they suck i felt like i was being scammed the lady didnt know anything and gave me an attitude whenever i asked any questions. customer service was horrible and their appraisal was just as bad went a couple miles down hawthorne to some other cash for gold place and they offered me literally five times the amount this place did and they were a lot nicer too.
