I have been a customer of yours for over a year with no issues until recently. The money that was loaded on my opt plus card was taken out of my account by fraud at an ATM machine. I reported it immediately and was rejected by opt plus. I went into the Speedy Cash store and the manage told me that she couldnt assist me either.....I am upset at the fact that if something illegal happens with the card you promote that nothing gets handled and both the store and Opt Plus do not care. My auto insurance cancelled and my child support went into default. due to this situation therefore I give Speedy cash a low score and will never recommend your services Freddie Hayes
