Been here 3 times in the past 2 months making deposits for a non profit org. First 2 times were good - tellers were friendly with me as I was friendly with them. The security guard out front is friendly, too. I took off one star because yesterday the system went down and the man (branch manager?) telling a client about it, and then the rest of us, was rude in his responses to those of us waiting in line and overhearing his very public convo with the client to whom he was telling about the system downage.

"Bad customer service This branch needs to learn how to VALUE their customers! Especially if you are a regular customer and got savings with them. They are rude and disrespectful. The only one that was respectful was Patty.
