Terrible customer service easy to open account but terribly hard to close . Customer service rep Berenice Valdez is the most unprofessional rude person that I had ever dealt with at any bank. Not only rude but also question me if I was a citizen or not ? which is not her business and asked my wife for a Id, passport and pay stub in order to change my account. I have multiple accounts personal and business with them .But after this situation i will have all my family and sons accounts close. Never will i get an account on this bank again. I will make sure that i tell friends and family about what they have put me through. Since when does a bank need so many forms of verification in order to update an account?

Decent Bank. I went at rush hour and waited quite a bit but that wasnt their fault. I docked stars because they would know when the rush hours are and should staff accordingly.

Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient ATM machines and drive thru as well. Parking lot is a bit crammed, but overall good experience.
