Never received my First Statement and subsequently they called every day to ask for the payment, and ask for the payment and ask for the payment. Never trying to solve the problem by sending out a new statement so that I at least would have an account number in which to make payments. Decided to pay off the car and go elsewhere to finance. All they want is late fees to boost the bottom line. That is my honest opinion on why I never received a statement.

Terrible!!! Deplorable customer service!!! Would never recommend anyone to this bank! They have owed me money for overpayment for 3 months. Continue to get no answers on where my money is. Absolutely terrible bank

I hate this bank. This is 2016 on every time I try to pay my truck payment on line through my bank, it takes them five days to get the payment. WTF!!! Has to be on purpose to only collect the late fee.
