I guess you do not need brains to work at a bank now days, or at least this particular branch. Thank goodness for computers. Always under staffed. The tellers are rude, the bank manager lady takes no responsibility for anything. This branch is 2 blocks from my home and I only go in if I absolutely have to. The last 4 times I have gone in I have witnessed the bank manager arguing with customers, oh today makes 5 arguments witnessed. Avoid going in if you can.

Horrible management and customer service. This place really needs new management. The employees are rude, and the management is clueless and nasty. I told them I would speak to corporate, but later found out that there was no corporate number. So, whoever is in charge needs to know "Maritza" (if she told me her real name, she had no name tag) needs to be re-trained or fired. Thank you.

I wish I could give no stars. Literally the worst bank in all of history. I have received parking tickets because I went in for a quick deposit and forgot to put over an hour worth on the meter. This place is straight garbage go anywhere besides this place. HORRIBLE, AWFUL, BURN THIS PLACE DOWN
