I do not want to give them even one star but have to in order to give the review. I have had a bad experience with this company and it has cost me $500. I am not wealthy so this is a hard loss for me. Chrissy Heineman was my loan processor but she was very inexperienced and gave inaccurate information. She promised to ask for a refund of the earnest money because she made the mistake of not considering the small balance owed on my vehicle (8 months, $3000) in calculating the debt to income ratio. I was told that since it was less than a year, it would not be counted. She had told me three times it was approved. The closing date was set for June 8, 2017. She promised June 9, 2017 to have her supervisor look over it once more and call me the following Monday to let me know the outcome and if I should communicate to the realtor that the loan is not processed. I have not heard from her since that day. She now does not return calls or emails to let me know for certain that the loan will not be processed. She never was a good communicator and continuously failed to follow through on what she said she would do. This is poor service and very disappointing to be within hours of closing on a dream of homeownership. I was promised loan disclosure documents to review,and she has completely ghosted on me and the realtor. The homeowners have vacated the property because they expected me to buy the house so they have also been inconvenienced. I am reviewing here but also looking to let someone in upper management know how poorly my business has been handled. Unless you want to lose earnest money, I suggest you get a loan from a traditional institution. Additionally, this company told the appraiser twice to contact me for availability to inspect the property, once for the initial review and again for the follow up for repairs. I am the buyer, not the seller so my availability in respect to their property is immaterial. I made the initial call to the company in February 2017 so it has been a roller coaster ride dealing with them for almost 5 months and it has been for nothing.

Have you ever started a mortgage with a mortgage company and had to fill out tons of paperwork and then after all of the closing paperwork dust has settled the mortgage company has you skip the first payment so then your payment is almost two months away? Well CashCall is the same however my first payment was a couple of days late. CashCall nailed me with a $67.00 fee. I called them to ask if they can waive the fee since we are just starting our business relationship as a gesture of good will and the agent told me "NO...that is not our policy to refund late fees". They were late in the closing however I did not charge them a Late Fee. Well MY "Policy" is to announce to others that CashCall is a hard nosed $#? hole of a company and they are OK when they screw up however they nail the customer when the customer screws up.

This company and its employees are nothing more than circus clowns! We applied for what should have been a very simple second home purchase. We both have credit scores in the low 800s, more equity is our first home than our second home purchase, and each of us make more money annually then the purchase price of the second home purchase price. Should be a simple loan right? Apparently not of you have Michelle Huynh or Jack Ngo as a Cash Call loan processor. These two clowns are total amateurs and have no business working in the mortgage industry. Flipping burgers at McDonalds would be a more suitable position for these two dipsticks! STAY AWAY FROM CASH CALL!!!!!!!!

I HAVE DONE TWO REFINANCE LOANS THROUGH CASHCALL IN THE PAST YEAR. WE WERE TOLD EXACTLY WHAT TO SUBMIT AND EXPLAINED THOURGHLY THE REFINANCE PROCESS. WE WERE PROMISED A REFINANCE WITHOUT ANY POINTS, FEES OR OTHER HIDDEN COSTS.... AND THEY DELIVERED AS PROMISED. OUR LOAN PROCESSOR BOTH TIMES WAS: JON BARAHONA. HE IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!!! VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ANSWERED EVERY ONE OF MY QUESTIONS IN A TIMELY MANNER. IT WAS A PLEASURE WORKING WITH SUCH A KNOWLEDGEABLE AND COMPETENT INDIVIDUAL. I TRULY WILL RECOMMEND THIS MORTGAGE COMPANY TO ALL OF MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS. IT DOESNT GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS WHILE REFINANCING

Stephanie of Cash Calls, leaves a message to verify one of my employees telephone number. The phone number rings and rings then goes to a voicemail that has not been setup yet and I am unable to leave a message. This is not professional and she should not be leaving messages if her voicemail does not work and I shared that with her. I attempted to reach her for over 1/2 hour and it wasted my time! When asked how she was going to correct it, she replied, "If you could just give me the information on this employee" and ignored me. Get off the phone Steph until Cash Call fixes your problem. Ugh

I applied for a loan with cashcall, and it sent me two emails to inform that my application had been accepted asking me to send documents. the next day I tried to gather all the docs that they asked. 5 minutes after I faxed my document s, I called customer service to see if they had received my documents. They said that my application was declined, and I did not have to send anything. i was in shock, and Cashcall really wasted my time. good luck to anyone that would want to do business with cashcall.

I had a lovely experience , although I was difficult dealing with a divorce and financial stress they was patience with me working in getting the proper loan for me they made it happen easy and fast and i saved almost $300 a month ,I was a little skeptical about this company not knowing much about them..but its true they are true to their word...thanks to Mike and Cate Truong for all your hard work ....from Amy PEREZ

My second refinance Cash Call failed to close the deal. They kept asking for additional paperwork and resigning the loan docs. After two weeks of delays, we still cannot get to funding. Probably should have gone to another leaner. Even though there was no money out of my pocket, they still wasted my time with sending paperwork and resigning loan docs...

In real estate for 16 years...just used to refinance my home... saved 20k by shortening term to 15 years and dropping rate and keeping payment same. If you have good credit and half a brain u should have no problems.
