I purchased a vehicle in April of 2013 using Automobile Acceptance as the finance company. At the time I was in dire need of a vehicle and trusted that I was getting a good deal based on the lack of credit history and my family need for a vehicle at that time. I have faithfully paid for this vehicle on time, never missing a payment and after 3 years, the finance company is still stating I owe them $10,000.00 for a 2005. This have prohibited me from having the ability to purchase another vehicle through a finance company which is the exact opposite of what I was attempting to accomplish. The vehicle is almost inoperable and I am stuck with it due to my lack of knowledge and trust that I was getting a good deal. Automobile Acceptance actually reported negatively on my credit bc I made a payment online after 5:00pm on the same day the payment was due. This is a nightmare for myself and my family and I would NEVER recommend anyone to get trapped in such a situation.

I regret using this company. They are rude, disrespectful, does not report accurately and its a fight to get them to correct their mistakes. Also the day after your payment is due, they start calling you endlessly and with rude comments. God forbid you are past 10 days, and I was during a job transition... they will start calling every family member and letting them know you are late. They may consider this acceptable behavior, as I was late, but my family was shocked and felt like they were being harassed for a barely late debt of mine. They were not looking for me, as they had my address, phone number and email address... they called them in addition to their daily calls to me at my job and at my home! Their techniques borders a shakedown mentality! Its been three 4 years since I bought my car. I would never recommend this company!

Worst customer service ever!! I have been a customer with this company for more than a year and the only person that is professional in that place is Ms. Freeman. I experience the worst when one of the so call account manager had to call all of the references numbers but felt to call me directly or at my work number. Is 2017 send an email with read request.I have ask to change my due date many times they gave me the craziest answers. First was back went I started the loan they said there system was old they did not had that possibility. Next it was they were getting a new system in June 2016. The date came ask again they did not had all of the functions learn. I been to the point that I have ask if I get another bank what are the process they said it takes time is hard tou can tried instead of value the customers they have.

They do not return calls when they say they will and when you are awaiting information from them to be able to make a payment or what you would like to do in regards to the loan you hold with them they penalize you for them not giving you appropriate information in the amount of time they agreed upon. They work with dealers with known illegal business practices as well. This place is unprofessional and their customer service policies and practices are disgraceful. Please do yourself justice and fully research this company before signing a contract with them. Someone needs to contact the better business bureau and let them know about their unwillingness to fix their issues. They should listen to their calls and reprimand their employees who do not abide by what they say and who lie to customers.

DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM HERE !!!. My husband bought a car from here because he needed to re-build his credit and of course he needed a car. I co-signed for him. He has been making his payments on this vehicle and is now 4 months from paying it off. He has had a financial situation to arise and has recently become 50 days behind on his pymnt. I called them to make the payment for him and they refused to take my payment stating they want to repossess the vehicle. Really?????? I want everyone to know what kind of place this is. After informing as many people as I can about this place and doing everything I can to put them out of business... My next call is to an Attorney.

This company is the absolute worst! For some unknown reason the people that work here are having a really difficult time receiving fax information and mail updating our insurance policy. We have been falsely accused of not having full coverage insurance for the past 6-7 months when we simply switched insurance companies. My husband, myself and our insurance company all have sent a fax and mailed in a copy of the new policy. This company is trying to change us over $900 due to a lack of insurance. They WILL NOT get that money due to their ignorance! Absolute trash company and trash people!

Very bad experience. When loan was written at dealership, I asked for a different payment date. They said it was up to Automobile Acceptance and that I should talk to them when they called to verify loan info. They called and I asked. I was told I had to wait until I got their letter of acceptance and then call to request a change. The letter came and I called and was told I could not change it and that it should have been changed when the loan was initially written! WORST experience ever. A bunch of liars.

Worst customer service department I had had to deal with in my life! Just about everyone in customer service is very rude, unprofessional and ghetto to the fullest!!! There have been a few, however you seldom get to talk to them. If you can try to pay online or mail in your payment and try to pay off your loan as soon as you can. We all fall on hard times sometimes, but this has been a lesson well learned not to deal with these type of people!!!

RUN WHILE YOU CAN!! I paid off my loan and it took 60 days to get my title. I had to go to the local DMV and get another issued. They called and harassed me on a daily bases, even after I made an arrangement. The rep would tell me "even though you said you are going to pay on friday, we are going to call you everyday until payment is made." I wish there were a way to give them no stars but it makes you pick at least one.

the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. I paid off my balance on my vehicle and they reported my car as a repossession on my credit report..... my vehicle was paid off in April and my credit report stated that on May 20 th it was a failure to pay and repossessed..... unbelievable!!! I called and she tells me to dispute it online with my credit agency!!!!!

Never had any issues with them. I made my payments on time and if I was going to be late they never had a problem making arrangements for me. Everyone was pleasant to deal with. They bought my loan from Titlemax and I paid my loan off with them. Their customer service is awesome.
