They made everything easier and they would just do anything that can help you, benefit you. This is the service that we customers expect and deserve. Besides everyone in the bank is courteous! Worst branch in gainesville. They like to greet you by saying welcome to wells fargo well be with you shortly sorry for the wait. Didnt realize "shortly" meant an hour. Happens every time i come here. Theyre slow and do not understand the concept of working quickly and efficiently. Im here right now sitting ij this lobby for over an hour again. DO NOT COME HERE

Horrible in each and every single possible way. They are completely commercialized and do not care about your accounts and treat you like you are dumber than a box of rocks. Forget trying to transfer money from one account to another, you will be screwed over.

Worst bank in Gainesville, hands down. Why on Earth would a bank close at 4pm Monday - Thursday when the average customer works until 5pm. I would never recommend this bank to anyone and regret using the services myself.
