OMG OMG this is one of the worst company to deal with please this is a real review and honest I promise. Please if you want to deal this company make sure to have a good attorney and make sure you have A RECORDING APP IN YOUR PHONE BECAUSE THEY going to take your money I promise you. So please have a recording app on your phone and have an attorney with you to get your money back, even if you make payments on time they will reported as late payment so again do not deal with them and if you do make sure you have an attorney and recording app in your phone to record everything they say to you when you call them or they call you. And I hope no one going to deal with them.

There is always a sudden problem with the account if you need an extension. Called last month and was advised to find the money to pay even though my kid is sick, went past due on other bills to pay it. Call back this month LIKE I WAS ADVISED TO DO BY THEIR REP and was told no because once again I had to make another payment before I could do that???? The women I spoke with tried to talk me in circles, were not helpful, had to keep asking for someone above their heads. You are a rep, your previous rep told me the wrong info and IM supposed to take the hit for it? Absolutely not. Going to get refinanced with another company because this place is a joke.

Sierra Auto Finance is an absolute joke! For starters they let the Auto place I bought my car sell me a car that was not the same one I was being charged for... Then I was in an accident my after fighting with the insurance company, they send me a check to fix my car but conviently it also had Sierras Name on it and they cashed the check and kept the money and would not fix my car. I have tried to speak with many different supervisors etc and have yet to get anything out of them except being rude and disrespectful and not trying to fix the problem. They stop 3780 from me. Horrible horrible place to deal with!

I wish i could give ZERO. Absolute worst customer service. The most unprofessional, Ghetto place ever to deal with. A girl name Tabitha hung up on me cause I asked her to repeat a address. Called back to speak with a superviser and a older Lady named Mary had nerve to be rude and ghetto. I have no clue where they hiring their employees from. But they need professional development. Run fast if you are thinking of using them to finance your vehicle. Not a ounce of respect for the customers and clearly none for the compay. Overall its sad that this is what hard working people have to deal with.

This is the worst finance company to deal with. They do not care or try to help you out one bit. I refinanced my loan through my bank to get out from under them and the refused to take them. They "lost them". My bank had to send a new check and they finally delivered. My contract was for me not to have to pay for 1 month, but with Sierra being as horrible as they are, I had to pay that month so it did not affect my credit. Sierra cannot do math and WILL NOT refund it to me. I have a car payment floating in the air and they will do nothing about it. Worst company EVER!

Worst finance company you can ever go to. STAY AWAY. My car got impounded a month so the finance company had to get it out, they explained to me that i had until may 8th to send the following documents in to get my car back: proof of residence,proof of income,proof of insurance,a valid driver license, along with $1900. i sent them all of the documents by april 29th and now im being told that my car is already being transported to be re-auctioned,not only that i cant in touch with no one in the impound department(they are avoiding me) to re-sell my vehicle smh...

This company should be closed down.... your paying then more for interest then you are the car itself....there making people who want to better there credit and making if worse for them....please call bbb and let everyone know never to deal with this company.. just go to a buy here pay here kind of place..and I will continue to make bad reviews until this place will be shut down...I just checked my statements and have paid 1200 and only 300 have went towards my payments... time to lawyer up...

This finance company is absolutely HORRIBLE! All they do is harass you even if your just ONE DAY late they call you about 20 times a day leaving you tons of voice mails saying we better call them back right away...we are never late on our payments and we always pay alittle more than the amount due and when we are one day late for the first time they call you and your neighbors and how they get their number is beyond me! DO NOT USE THIS FINANCE COMPANY!!!!

I couldnt get a loan ANYWHERE!!! my credit was so bad in the 400s. Sierra was the only company that accepted me and gave me a chance. I have had my car for 4 months now and call every month to make my payments and have not had one problem with the company what so ever. They have been so helpful and im very thankful for them!! They are awesome!! Thanks :)

So unprofessional. Getting refinanced with a different company this month. These people will literally call you every hour from 6 in the morning to 6 at night. The customer service representatives are so rude. HIGH interest rates and they charge you to pay your bill. I wish I could give 0 stars.

There costumer representatives sucks i called 30mins before 8 and no one wanted to pick up the phone they had me on hold for 30mins and i was first in line and they waited till they was close and hung up on me....they need to fire there costumer representatives and hire some new ones

I have been with them 7 months no prob there insterest rate is high true beacuse they are second change.I got my car with a credit score 520 no co signer and with only 700 down payment with only 2 months with my job so they are pretty good i pay 270 a month.
