Roxanna Madrid

Been with this bank since i was 13 and it has been the best 14 years. All other banks try to get me to move with them but i never do cuz their wait time is sooo long and they are never fully staffed. Plus they have a bunch of ridiculous fees for money thats suppose to be yours. Never ever will i change. This bank always makes sure that all their customers needs and demands are met. Love you guys.

I went in not too long ago because i lost my debit card and i told the lady at the front desk how i was on my lunch break so i was in a hurry, she made time to squeeze me in and print me out a new card, she also let me pick what card i was going to get ! LOVE SCHOOLS FIRST!! Awesome bank ZERO problems !!

Poor customer service. Called and was notified can come and pick up my car title but staff refused to help and said have to wait 45 min. Explained that I work long hours and can only take 10-15 min iff. Staff still refused to help despite being told on the phone that they would do it right away.
