If there were a million stars, GEMS N LOANS in Vista deserves them!! I needed to borrow some money, but I was so skeptical and apprehensive. I was greeted by Fermin who was very friendly and professional. I gave him the few items I had, and he assessed them. Angel the store Manager who came to approve the transaction treated me with such respect and dignity. He was more than fair and generous on the value of my jewelry and the amount of money he could lend. The transaction was effortless and I walked out feeling like a valued human being and not like a dog with its tail down because I had to borrow money. I highly recommend GEMS N LOANS in Vista!

What a waste of my time and gas from poway...The assistant manager was so rude and after having my jewelry tested by two other reputable pawns and a jewelry store wanted to tell me that my gold was 10k intead of 14....Yeah right way to rip me off...BUYER BEWARE...Or SELLER BEWARE...
