Just as another reviewer has stated, received an email telling me to proceed to next steps of process by confirming account. When I did, an account on their site was "created" for me, as soon as I log in I am shown terms for a "pre-qualified approved offer", big and bold in the middle of the screen. Nice low rate/reasonable monthly payment, but as soon as I communicate with a rep, it changed and not for the better. Bait/Switch marketing tactics all the way. Their website is pretty unreliable too, was up and down and they were not even aware of it. I would say find another more reputable/reliable company if you can. If the "feels" are shaky and shady in the beginning before the deal even begins, what are you going to expect for the duration? Oh, and I suggest you do an internet search for other reviews...some scary stuff, very not legit business practices. I received another offer from a more reliable source, went with it.

I applied for a loan with Lending Tree auto loans and it quickly turned into a roller coaster ride with the original loan agent due a lack of communication and it seemed like my loan was never going to get done. Halfway through Tyler Merilatt took over my loan and changed everything around as he kept an open line of communication and was very knowledgeable when he spoke to me over the phone. Tyler Merilatt proceeded to clean up and finish the loan and manager Steve Galko was a big part of processing my loan to completion. I will recommend my family and friends to Tyler Merilatt. Again, I want to thank Tyler Merilatt and manager Steve Galko for their hard work, excellent customer service and for going that extra mile!

I TRYED GIVING THEM A CHANCE TO GET MY BUSINESS AND (HEATHER) WAS NOT PROFFESSIONALL AT ALL!1 SHE GOT ALL MY INFO AND TOLD ME SHE WOULD CALL ME BACK AND SHE NEVER DID! I CALL BACK AND SHE DIDNT ANSWER! I TRY CALLING AGAIN AND SHE PICK UP SAYING SHE WAS IN A MEETING?!! (BS) !! THIS HAPPEN TWICE! I GOT TO CANCEL ONCE I WAS ABLE TO GET HER ON THE PHONE!! I could put 5 star but there was some slower speed I noticed in procedure my lender got money at around 25 June and my first installment will start at July 7 so took longer then my expectations so Autopay lost one star in rating however good experience they might also should work on some charge what they asking
