VERY VERY BAD.... been here for over 30 minutes only one teller available and he has been with the same person this whole time, about 10 people inline still... spoke to the manager and asked if she could get another teller? She was a little rude said no and said she only has 1 teller and that is the way it will be as she is not planning on hiring more people and she herself is only walking around not helping anyone, people are getting frustuated and leaving Sooooooooooooooo ridiculous

Still in line almost 56 min.....one teller...23 people in line...bank chart says not busy now....i think workers are on strike??? whoops the only other person working on floor just left...well she was holding door for customers...yeah we needed that....oh geez....

This the worst Bank of America ever! As you can see Bank of America has did anything to change its managers or its customer service skills. There always LONG lines with not enough tellers! The Manager has never heard of multitasking!

Do not come here, unless you have time to waste! Only one teller in line and I waited 50 minutes for a merchant transaction. Absolutely unacceptable, Bank of America you need to fix this problem ASAP!
