Brock Hicks has restored my faith in the world. I have never not gotten ripped off by the mortgage industry, but Brock was outstanding as was the entire Watermark process. Before today I believe everyone in the mortgage world was shady, but not only was Brock outstanding at his job, he advocated for me rather than against me. He told me a some limitations on loan amounts that would work the best for me and how to access more equity in a different way. I just cant say enough about this guy and this company!
