Seriously do not shop or loan here. These people are disrespectful crooks. I brought an item in for a loan returned 3 weeks later paid for the loan and interest only to find out they "lost" my item. offered me $20 and something out of the case. I told them I wanted my item replaced. They in turn paid me $60 because "that is what it sells for on eBay." I said great buy it on eBay for $60 and call me when it arrives. Lady said they could not do that because that was final selling price and they may not get it for 60. Completely unprofessional, rude and incompetent.

I called no answer, oh well. The last time I called, I was told by one of the owners to call back in 2 weeks. I decided to call a little earlier than 2 weeks just in case, but I guess the construction is not finished yet. I will try to call back by the end of month that should be about 2 weeks by then for sure.

By far the VERY BEST pawnshop in San Diego! They have the BEST staff! Always so cheerful & helpful, they even greet their customers by name! Makes you feel so much better about having to come in & pawn your stuff! If I could rate them 10 stars I would!! CHECK THEM OUT!

This shop has recently changed ownership. Nice clean shop with lower prices. Ask for Liz she is great super helpful from giving you the most on your pawns to the best discounts in town. I would definitely recommend this pawn shop to anyone.

Great pawn shop. Clean and well organized. Seem to be high price but all pawns I been to seem to be that way. I do got thank them for the amazing deal my friend got on his Taylor guitar from this place.
