This was my 4th and FINAL time at this establishment. As I entered the bank at 11:15a I noticed a line of approx 25 people, I started my stopwatch to get a accurate representation of my time spent waiting for the 1 teller that was open. There was 5 other workers sitting on their ass laughing and on their phones sitting behind their desks . By the time I made it to a teller it was 12:08! As I looked back at the line it had swelled to well over 30 people... I am now looking to open an account elsewhere.

Terrible customer service. I sent an employee to get specific amounts of specific denominations and simply because it was close to closing the teller refused to go pull the amounts my employee was requesting of each denomination. Instead the teller forced my employee to accept whatever denominations she had at her station which means our petty cash till is now completely out of whack. Pure laziness.

they are wonderful to the disabled and help you right away..im in a wheelchair and oxygen tank...they prevented some computer guys from taking $900.00 out of my account...if you have any problems i.m sure they can help you....my only complaint is that for years they need bathroom facilities especially for kids and elderly...come on clovis help them out......mmg

This place is terrible at customer service. They have a business/merchant area but never staff it. So business customers have to stand in the consumer line. The long line! They normally have only 1-3 total tellers. But many new account specialists who are sitting with no one to help.

Long line but the employees are nice..people need to have patience if not use the ATM point blank period..you look really ghetto yelling in a bank and people need to stop feeling they are entitled to stuff if you have time to leave a review you have time to wait

Worst place to deposit your money. I have to come twice a week and the lines are ridiculous. Hire more people! The business line is never open. I bet I can go to the next location across town and be back sooner!

This place used to be good...but they dont have enough ppl working now...it takes 30 mons to deposit a check....my county bank is way better u be out of there in 5 mins
